Umbaumaßnahmen im Betriebshof Kappel

Im ehemaligen Straßenbahnbetriebshof Kappel entsteht der "Garagen-Campus",ein zentraler Kulturstandort in der Stadt. Gleichzeitig wir die Straßenbahnzufahrt erneuert und eine neue Abstellanlage für regelspurige Straßenbahnfahrzeuge errichtet.
